About the show

A premium storytelling series about Naija women, home, identity, and brave reinvention.

Between Home and Abroad is a documentary-style conversation series featuring Nigerian women in the diaspora as they reflect on identity, marriage, motherhood, ambition, family responsibility, cultural tension, sacrifice, faith, reinvention, and the meaning of home.

Each episode invites one woman into a warm, documentry-style conversation supported by personal photos, guided home footage, family moments, and reflective storytelling.
The goal is to tell the fuller story with beauty, honesty, dignity, and hope. This show does not glorify leaving Nigeria.
It does not reduce women to struggle. It does not chase gossip or drama. It honors the woman behind the life.
Houston is only the beginning.

Future editions may include Dallas, Austin, Atlanta, DMV, London, Toronto, Alberta, and beyond.

Why Houston

This first edition will spotlight the untold stories of Naija women across Greater Houston, women who have carried home in their hearts while building new lives, navigating transitions, raising families, pursuing purpose, and becoming in ways many people never see.
